Where did you go to get that; it feels like the conference happened at another time and another place. What has changed? Slavery and colonisation can never be paid for, there is no money to pay for that as it goes beyond cash.
This happened in 2000 in Durban, South Africa. I agree with you. I disengaged with the whole thing because it was just a talk shop.
